But this time, the tennis player became viral because he met a challenge he called #NoleChallenge in which he tries to overcome the cold with the power of the mind and that went viral on Instagram, where he shared the video.
The Serbian tennis player went to the province of Trentino in Italy, on the border with Austria and Switzerland, which withstands temperatures between 4 and -2 degrees Celsius in this European winter season. I use Wim’s methods and find them beneficial for my life in general. “Mind over matter. Brain over body. I suggest everyone explore it and, hopefully, live up to this challenge!”
For those who dare, I challenge them to find an ICE COLD water body outside and enter at least 1 minute:
– It must be winter and ice water outside
– Must be alone in underwear
– Must have half of the body submerged
– Must be inside for at least 1 minute
