Leonardo DiCaprio Saves Mans Life After Hearing His Cries For Help At Sea

Usually when you think of the Leonardo DiCaprio and boat association, it tends to end badly for the Oscar winner.

But on December 30, while on vacation in the Caribbean with his girlfriend who was five months old when the Titanic movie was released, “Jack Dawson” himself helped save a man from drowning.

While the couple were on a yacht with a few friends, barely an hour before sunset, the group heard cries of distress from the water. DiCaprio began to scan the waters in the hope of locating the shipwrecked.

Quickly, they saw someone frantically waving their arms in the water.

The man in question was a Club Med employee who had gone overboard in another yacht the day before after drinking too much. After eleven hours in the water, the man was rescued by DiCaprio and his companions.

He must have thought he was dead and in heaven when he saw Leo’s face.

The severely dehydrated man was turned over to the Coast Guard for medical help.

Over the years, many have denounced Leo’s hypocrisy of positioning himself as an environmentalist on the one hand, but on the other, of travelling on yachts and private jets.

But if he didn’t live his ostentatious lifestyle, a man might have died today. To meditate.
