Since the beginning of navigation 2018-2019. In the freezing seaports of Russia, under the control of the FSUE “Rosmorport” icebreakers, 5,100 vessels were carried through.

Most of the work was done in the Azov Sea basin, where, from the beginning of winter navigation, the ships of the icebreaking fleet Kapitan Demidov, Kapitan Zarubin, Kapitan Chudinov, Kapitan Kharchikov, Kama, Kapitan Moshkin and Kapitan Krutov 3 119 ships secured.

The icebreakers of the company are also conducting in the Arctic basin. In the White Sea, the Kapitan Evdokimov, Kapitan Chadayev, Kapitan Kosolapov and Dickson icebreakers conducted 220 vessels, the Krasin icebreaker Krasin conducted 31 vessels, and the Sakhhet icebreaker Moscow conducted 86 vessels.

In the Gulf of Finland, the icebreakers “Semyon Dezhnev”, “Captain M. Izmailov”, “Ivan Kruzenshtern”, “Mudyug”, “St. Petersburg”, “Murmansk”, “Captain Sorokin”, “Yuri Lisyansky”, “Ermak” and ” Captain Nikolaev “conducted the wiring of 1,087 ships.

In the Caspian basin, 408 vessels were conducted by the Kapitan Chechkin, Kapitan Metsayk and Kapitan Bukayev icebreakers.

Since the beginning of winter navigation in the Tatar Strait, the seaports of Magadan and Vanino of the Far Eastern Basin, 149 vessels have been piloted.

The FSUE “Rosmorport”, the largest diesel icebreaking fleet in the world, comprising 35 icebreakers of various capacities, ensures year-round availability of the freezing seaports of the country.
