On May, 26 near Lincolnshire, England, a baby deer drowning in a canal was bravely saved by a heroic man who jumped off the safety of his boat to dive into the river and rescue the distressed fawn. The canal in Saxilby was raging as Marc Headon courageously jumped off his boat to rescue the struggling young deer.
“Madness…seen some ears in the water, and Marc jumps straight and saves it,” says Tommy, the filmer.
This incredible act of humanity is very admirable and it shows the strong care some of us have for the animals that we share the planet with. Even after the man dragged the fawn out of the river he stood it up and made sure it was breathing alright.
