Water Pollution Kills Thousands of Fish in a Lake in Eastern China

Thousands of fish have died in a lake in eastern China due to extreme water pollution.

Shocking, footage in Sukian City, Jiangsu Province on Tuesday (August 28), shows a man using a fishing net to capture dead sea life, including fish and crabs, on the surface of Lake Hongze and then place them in his boat.

Dirty water from upstream that entered the lake, polluted the lake and is responsible for killing marine life and causing serious losses to fishermen, according to local reports.

According to reports, the exact source of pollution is still unknown, and the investigation continues.
