Montaño Cota indicated that within the Port Operations Plan, some adjustments and changes had to be made in the itineraries and berthing areas of the port’s ships to give space on the pier to the ship with the American flag, in accordance with established in the Law of Ports (DOF 19-12-2016) articles 38, 39 and 40, sections I, II, V, and VIII, and Rules of Operation of the Port of Cabo San Lucas, BCS, rules 1, 2, 3, 54, 59, 61, 62 and 75.
