A U-894, a wrecked submarine of World War II, contains a toxic load that has generated a debate on the best way to keep it safe.

February 9, 1945, last months of the Second World War. The German submarine U-864 navigates the west coast of Norway.

It is loaded with supplies to make war material. It carries lead, steel and 65 tons of mercury.
