This revolutionary new passenger service, developed in partnership with HARMAN International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and a leader in connected technologies in the automotive, consumer and corporate sectors, will debut at MSC Bellissima. , which is currently under construction at the STX France shipyard in Saint-Nazaire (France). The two announcements were made in London during the presentation of the new brochure 2019 -2020 MSC Cruises for travel agents and media.
The virtual personal assistant for passengers of MSC Cruises is an innovative voice activated conversation tool that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to intelligently communicate, learn and predict the needs of passengers, as well as to suggest interesting recommendations. This new and exclusive feature will offer passengers personalized information to help them simplify and improve their vacations in MSC Cruises, as they will answer your questions quickly and easily from the comfort of their own cabin.

The ways in which passengers can search information on board will be further improved, offering a unique and personalized experience. Reflecting the international offer of MSC Cruises, passengers can communicate with the new digital personal assistant in seven languages: English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Brazilian Portuguese and Mandarin. The personal assistant will initially be launched at MSC Bellisima, but it will be available on all new ships in the future and it is planned to incorporate the rest of the fleet. This exclusive service is the latest feature incorporated into MSC for Me, a multi-channel digital experience designed for passengers to enjoy their holidays with state-of-the-art technology. It includes the MSC for Me application, TV connected in the cabin and interactive information screens distributed throughout the ship, among other features.MSC for Me was presented for the first time on board MSC Meraviglia , the award-winning sister ship of MSC Bellissima .
