Tanker Fixed After Collision with Bath

The empty oil tanker Seatrout went up in Bath close to Wednesday after a collision with Usolie’s bulk carrier on Wednesday, September 20th. Slepers try to speed up the tanker at around tide, around three o’clock this afternoon.

The collision took place around a quarter to 6. What was the cause and how much damage the ships were running is not yet known. The Liberian bulk carrier Usolie (225 m) has been diverted to Antwerp.

The tanker Seatrout (188.18 m) sails under German flag. The ship is out of the lane and does not endanger the remaining rivers. In the same place, the container ship CSCL Jupiter was out of the box on 14 August.
