Sweet and Terrifying? Sea Worm that Seems to Smile Goes Crazy Around the World

The worm was found at the bottom of the sea, but it is unknown to which species it belongs.

The sea and its immense depth contain so many mysteries that we can not even imagine them; there live thousands of animal species that probably not even science knows, and many others that are known to exist, but rarely is it possible to see or study them because of the conditions in which they live.

However, a small sea worm defied expectations and survived after being stuck in the net of a fisherman who has become famous on Twitter for his findings in deep water. Once outside, the animal continued to breathe and was recorded by Roman Fedrotsov himself who did not reveal where he found the strange worm.

In the image, it can be seen that the animal of approximately 15 centimetres has eyes and a mouth that when moving, seems to form a smile but surely the least it does is to be happy because it is outside its habitat.

So far it has not been said exactly what species the worm belongs to, but it could be a polychaete worm. We hope that it has returned to the sea, or that, failing that, it has been delivered to experts in the field for its investigation.
