The personnel of the Comodoro-Rivadavia hospital in the south of Argentina received instructions to prepare for the possible reception of the crew of the missing San Juan submarine. This was reported on Tuesday night by Todo Noticias.
According to him, the Ministry of Health of the province of Chubut sent a message to the leadership of the medical institution saying: “We inform you that the Argentine Navy asked us to provide sanitation in connection with the operation to rescue the 44 crew members of the San Juan submarine.”
The diesel-electric submarine San Juan, on board of which there are 44 crew members, stopped contacting on November 15. According to the information of the Navy, active search for the submarine began on the evening of November 16. The next day the operation was expanded to search and rescue.
